How Does it Work?
Step 1 - Book your appointment. Book in the date of your event on our online booking system. If your bouquet doesnt have an event date, please just book the date you will send/drop off your florals.
Step 2- Have your event, treasure your florals on the day and get all the pics you can!
Step 3- Drop off or mail your florals to the address provided after purchasing. Do this as soon as possible after your event, as the freshest florals preserve colour the best
Step 4- Recieve your personalised “Design Survey” when your florals are ready to leave the press. This allows you to have your say on florals you want included/excluded, design style preferences and more! Florals take approx 20 weeks in the press but this is seasonally variant and is progressively shortening.
Step 5 - Receive the final image of your completed work as it is ready to be packed up and sent to you (Australia-Wide) to be kept in your home forever.

Thank you for choosing Bridal Bouquet Keepsakes for your pressed floral preservation needs. To ensure the longevity and beauty of your preserved floral artwork, please follow these care guidelines:
Placement:
Display your preserved floral artwork in a location away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Avoid areas with high humidity, as excessive moisture can affect the appearance of the pressed flowers.
Handling:
Refrain from touching the preserved flowers, as oils and dirt from your hands may impact their delicate structure.
If necessary, handle the artwork with clean, dry hands.
Framing:
If your preserved flowers are framed, ensure the frame is securely fastened, and the glass is clean.
Do not open the frame, as this may disturb the arrangement.
Cleaning:
Dust the frame and glass gently using a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use cleaning solutions, water, or any liquids on the preserved flowers or the frame.
Temperature Control:
Keep the preserved artwork in a stable environment with consistent temperature and avoid extreme heat or cold.
Avoid placing the artwork near heating vents or air conditioning units.
Avoiding Pressure:
Do not place heavy objects on top of the preserved floral arrangement.
Store the artwork in an upright position to prevent distortion or damage.
Transportation:
If moving or transporting the artwork, handle it with care and ensure it is properly protected to prevent any damage.
Storage:
If you need to store the preserved artwork temporarily, keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Store it in an upright position to maintain the arrangement's integrity.
Fragile Nature:
Remember that pressed flowers are delicate and may become more fragile over time. Handle with care to preserve their beauty.

Bridal Bouquet Keepsakes - Terms and Conditions
1. *Service Agreement:* By engaging our floral preservation service, you agree to the terms outlined herein. This constitutes a binding agreement between Bridal Bouquet Keepsakes and the customer.
2. *Floral Preparation:* It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that flowers provided for preservation are fresh and in good condition. The customer is responsible for packaging and posting flowers with correct handling, refraining from using plastic or including wet flowers. We are not liable for any damage incurred due to improper packaging or handling. No refunds or part-refunds will be issued for flowers that are sent more than 5 days post event or with damage occurring from any of the above items. Preservation times are a guideline only and may extend beyond, or be completed prior to these times.
3. *Preservation Process:* Our preservation methods are designed to maintain the natural appearance of the flowers; however, colour variations may occur. We do not guarantee an exact colour match, fading is expected over time.Colours preserve deeper than fresh flowers. We do not guarantee exact colour matches to fresh flowers.
4. *Delivery and Collection:* Delivery and collection charges may apply. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional costs incurred due to inaccurate information will be billed to the customer.
5. *Cancellation and Refund:* Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled preservation date. Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the preservation date.
6. *Intellectual Property:* We reserve the right to photograph and use images of the preserved flowers for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the customer in writing.
7. *Photographing Finished Products:* All finished products will be photographed directly before postage. These photographs serve as documentation of the completed preservation work. Customers will receive these images as part of the confirmation of the preservation process.
8. *Shipping and Handling:* We entrust Australia Post with the delivery of preserved items. Any damage occurring during postage is the responsibility of Australia Post. Customers are advised to contact Australia Post directly to address and resolve any issues related to damages incurred during transit.
9. *Shipping Insurance:* Customers have the option to purchase additional shipping insurance to cover any potential damages during transit. This request must be made via email prior when design survey is filled and incurs a $30 additional fee, as per Australia Post pricing. Bridal Bouquet Keepsakes is not liable for damages that occur after the products leave our facility.
10. *Privacy Policy:* Customer information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.
11. *Indemnification:* Customers agree to indemnify and hold Bridal Bouquet Keepsakes harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the preservation process, the condition of the provided flowers, or issues related to shipping.
12.* Preferences*: Customers will submit a design questionnaire prior to any framed artwork being completed. Artworks will be glued down based on the answers to these questions. Answers are preferences only. All efforts will be made to meet preferences but these aren’t guaranteed. Choices will be made based on best quality florals. Customer is not entitled to change of mind from design questionnaire answers post gluing of framed keepsake. Any requests for change will incur a cost of up to 100% of frame price. Bridal bouquet keepsakes is not liable for requests pertaining to customer change of mind.
13. *Amendments:* Bridal Bouquet Keepsakes reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to all these terms and conditions.
